Rescheduling Policy: As investigative professionals, we understand that unavoidable circumstances may occasionally arise which could prevent you from attending the course. Accordingly, we allow each registrant to reenroll in another course or reschedule his or her attendance, subject to the following restrictions: A. only one (1) reenrollment or rescheduling opportunity is allowed per course; B. requests for reenrollment or rescheduling must be submitted in writing, via e-mail or fax at 919-834-8150, and received by Protus3 no later than two (2) business days prior to the start of the original course; C. change requests received less than two (2) business days before the start of the original course are subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) rescheduling fee; D. the alternate course date must be within twelve (12) months of the date of the original course. Failure to submit a written change request prior to the start of the course and/or attend a course following registration, reenrollment or rescheduling will result in loss of the course fee. In addition, unavoidable circumstances may occasionally arise which could cause Protus3 to offer classes in a different order or offer substitute classes on the same day. By enrolling in a course, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms.
