Emily Liner has joined the Communications Committee of the Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA. As part of her responsibilities, Emily wrote the summary for the June meeting. The Communications Committee (a.k.a Publicity Committee) has evolved over the years since the chapter’s revitalization in the late 1990’s. At that time the Chapter President was also the one person publicity committee. The Communications Committee has become a consistent and reliable news source designed to effectively create, publish and distribute a variety of information, to educate and communicate with our chapter members and local facilities professionals. The Communications Committee strives to improve standards as part of their overall Strategic Planning process each year.
